Quirk-ville is an independent citystate at an unspecified location on the globe. The town has seen a great increase in immigration recently, even though the population remains relatively low. Quirk-ville's main rival is a neighbouring citystate known as "Crazytown".

Government
The government of Quirk-ville is anything but well-established. Corruption is ripe, and citizens pretty much "do as they damn well please". Basically, if the type of government of Quirk-ville would be put under a specific category, that would probably be "Organized Chaos".
Adam West became the mayor of Quirk-ville after presenting a very impressive political platform in the latest election.
Amongst other things, he made it legal to punish insolent pizza delivery men by assaulting them with devices known as "catlaunchers". Furthermore, all graves are nowadays promptly sealed with cement in preparation for the day when the dead awaken. "You will thank me when the zombies arrive!" says Mayor West.
Since Mayor West's rise to power, the town of Quirk-ville has also seen a drastic increase of howler monkeys roaming the streets. The government has yet to take action.
